Hotel Rules

1. We reserve the right of admission.
2. The present Internal Regulation obliges both the Hotel Hacienda Santana and the guests who hire their services to comply with it.
3. Any person staying in this establishment is obliged to show official identification with a valid photograph.
4. The check-in time fixed at 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time and eviction of the room is fixed at 12:00 p.m. each day. If the guest stays longer, one more day of stay will be charged for their sale, with a maximum tolerance of 30 minutes.
5. Every guest must accredit their stay with a credit card or full payment of their stay, and an extra credit through credit card.
6. No user has a right to give accommodation to any person without the prior consent of the management and with the respective payment of the hosting fee.
7. The hotel is not responsible for the losses that the guest may suffer in values not deposited in the safe box.
8. All the elements that are integrated into the room are owned by the Hotel Hacienda Santana, whites, towels, the extraction of any of these will represent a payment on your departure.
9. The guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, being prohibited to alter the order, as well as using the room to execute any act or game prohibited by law.
10. The establishment will be able to deny its services when a guest appears in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs. This establishment has protocols to prevent human trafficking.
11. The breach of this Internal Regulation of hospitality by part of the host will be causal of rescission of the contract of lodging, without legal responsibility for the company.
12. The guest must watch the moment of absence in the room not to leave on any electrical device (television, iron, dryer, etc.).
13. There will be an extra charge for requested amenity in addition to the ability of people to stay in the room.
